Crazylegs smashes into November with their taches held high in aid of Movember!
Last year Crazylegs managed to raise £444 for the charity and this year they want that amount to grow into super thick figure!
What is Movember?!
Movember is a month-long facial hair cultivation fundraiser – you grow the biggest, baddest moustache you can muster for the duration of November, and you encourage your friends to sponsor you through the Movember website. All proceeds go to prostate cancer charity programmes – last year the global campaign raised £48.5m, with nearly half a million people taking part. It’s a really worthy cause and we’re proud to support it.
What can you win?
Well the Crazylegs boys are going to be giving something back to you, other then make you look like a super rad 70's porn star for a month!
Firstly every single person who join's through Team Crazylegs, you will get a free digital EP with exclusive unreleased tracks from the Crazylegs extended family. Tracks include bangers from such artists as TRC, OH91 and many more.
Secondly, for each person who manages to raise over £100 or more before the 26th Novemeber, they will win a free ticket to Crazylegs at Basement 45 on the 26th Novemeber.
Finally the top prize, which will be awarded to the person that tops the table (not including the Crazylegs boys) at Midnight on December the 1st wins their very own Crazylegs Houseparty! If that's not enough you will also get guestlist to Crazylegs for all nights in 2012 for you and a friend!
How to Enter!
Now we should make it clear that everyone is welcome to enter. If you can’t grow a ‘tache, it’s cool. You can still enter. If you’re a girl, it’s okay – you can just draw it on at the weekends (LOL). Even if you miss the start date, don’t worry – you can join our team at any point up to Monday 7th November, you’ll just be playing catchup.
But the official start date for Movember is today (Tuesday 1st November). So we want to see all the crew involved in this. All the regulars. All the some-time Crazyleggers. Even if you’ve never been to Crazylegs but you listened to one of the mixes once, we want you. The main aim here is building a big team and raising money for a good cause.
